Purchased furniture assuming it was American made after viewing website.
I purchased a bedroom suite from a local retail store after I questioned them if Liberty Furniture was American made. They assured me it was American Made.
I looked at the website for Liberty furniture and was convinced, after viewing their website, it was American made.
My furniture was delivered and set up then I noticed the only manufacturer identification on it was "Yuhong Vietnam Furniture Manufacturer" so I contacted the retail store, thinking they had made a mistake and their customer service told me a different story than the sales dept. They informed me that this was indeed manufactured in Vietnam but was owned by Liberty Furniture.
I called Liberty Furniture customer service and they said it was indeed manufactured in Vietnam and they had plants in several other countries as well.
I try to bi American made products when possible and feel misled. I could have spent my 4000 dollars supporting Americans.

All the Agent Orange that was sprayed in Vietnam that stays in the environment for years. I keep asking myself is it in the wood of my bedroom furniture
